Our mission is to empower women to drive progress through our collective shopping choices. By buying less and prioritizing brands that put humans - and the planet - first, we can demand better.

Laurene Hummer, Founder

Laurene founded the climate capsule in September 2024 after leading business development for climate-focused startups.

She lives in the Northeast US with her husband, 3 children, and cat. She is an avid runner and rock climber. Meditation keeps her grounded, and watercolor painting drives her creative side.
